| I am having login issues. Can I reset my password? |
| Yes and no. We currently do not have a password recovery system, but if you are having login issues, you can send us a message via Chat or Twitter. Before that, know that our usernames are case-sensitive. Do not use your email as your login. |

| How do I Submit a Game? |
| A Game (or Project) can be submitted once you create your own developer account. Just click Your Data at the top right, then Add/Edit Projects. |

| How do I use Indie Video Games to my Advantage? |
Your goal is to get your game on the front page as often as possible, and yes, you are competing against everyone else who has a game on this website. Our users are trying to all earn Points to buy options that keep their game on the front page (or in some cases, every page). They can earn Points by sharing your game, so when they see your game on the front page, they are more inclined to share it. Being the Game Of The Day also helps them earn more Points faster, so everyone wants to share the Game Of The Day. So in summation:
1) Earn Points by sharing games on your personal Facebook. You must use our share links. You can also earn Points by playing our App Doc's Arcade.
2) Spend Points to get your game on the front page: Become the Game Of The Day, get the Banner Of The Day, or just push your game to the top of the Game Feed.
3) If you want to advertise directly to players, buy Action Tweets.
4) Wait for others to market your game for you as they do Step 1. Above.
5) Repeat. |

| What are Points? |
| Points are website currency. Current Points are how many Points you can spend right now. Monthly Points are how many Points you have earned this month, and are used to gauge your recent activity. Lifetime Points are all the Points you have ever earned and also used to gauge activity. |

| How do I Earn Points? |
Here are some quick ways you can earn Points:
- You earn 25 Points each day you log into the website.
- You earn 50 Points for each game you share on Facebook or Twitter.
- You earn 200 Points for sharing the Game Of The Day (when available).
- You can earn Points by playing Doc's Arcade. |

| Where do I Spend Points? |
Here are some quick ways you can spend Points:
- You can buy Action Tweets to be sent out to our ~22,000 followers.
- You can put your game at the top of the Game Feed.
- You can use the Tweet Now button.
- You can make your game the Game Of The Day.
- You can make your banner the Banner Of The Day.
- You can buy mini ads. |

| What is an Action Tweet? |
| Action Tweets are tweets designed by our robots to promote your game 24/7. We take information from your project and create a tweet. The robots then tweet out whatever projects are eligible in random order. You may get a ton of tweets. You may not get any. Just the way it works to keep things fresh. If you message us on Twitter to tweet your game, and your game is in on ACtion Tweet list, we'll probably just do it. |

| What is 'Eligibility'? |
In order to make sure your game is eligible for all of our services (Game Of The Day, Action Tweets, and more), you MUST have the following things:
- A Game Icon
- A Description of your game
- A Link to where to download/buy your game
- An Ad Card
If you are missing even one of these things, you cannot enjoy all our free services. You can check each of your project's eligibility on Your Data page. |

| What are Shares? |
| You are limited to 5 Paid Shares each day. These are yours to give to other worthy games. You can share as often as you like, but we only pay you for 5 of them. |
